With the support of a specialized team of health and human service professionals, Mentors foster parents become trusted guides, tutors and advocates for the individuals with whom they live. This special relationship between the foster parent and the individual provides the structure and support for development, growth and change — in a natural setting. Pennsylvania MENTOR needs dedicated foster parents to provide a caring and nurturing home for children and adolescents. Mentor foster parents receive: training on our innovative one-to-one model 24-hour support and a monthly stipend, rates depending on the youth being served.
